Menara Astra is the new skyscraper in Jakarta.The office tower is located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman kav. 5-6 in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The groundbreaking was done on 10 December 2013 and then topped off in 20 February 2017[2]. It is an office building with 63 floors including a private helipad. The podium of the tower has retail and food court area; and a conference hall with capacity of 1000 person.[3]

Menara Astra boasts customized office space, with service excellence that takes you to the convenience of the building's six-star amenities.

Also in the same complex with the office tower is Anandamaya Residences with an area of 2.4-hectare plot of land, which also has 3 residential towers named as Anandamaya Residences 1, 2 and 3. The total projects cost US$600 million.[4]
