Melrose, Montana

A pair of railroad tracks come from either side of the camera at the bottom corners to join into one midway us the image. On either side are two large grassy areas; on the right hand one a small wooden sign says "Melrose". There are streets with low buildings and some cars beyond the grassy areas, mountains in the distance, and blue sky with cirrus clouds above.

Melrose is a small community 34 miles south of Butte, Montana, United States.

Climate

According to the Köppen Climate Classification system, Melrose has a semi-arid climate, abbreviated "BSk" on climate maps.[1]
