Maysville is a census-designated place (CDP) in Chaffee County, Colorado, United States. The population as of the 2010 Census was 135.[1]

In the early 1880's, Maysville was booming, and was probably about at its best. There must have been over a thousand people living in Maysville at the time.[3]
