Maxim Sergeyevich Vlasov (Russian: Максим Сергеевич Власов; born September 11, 1986) is a Russian professional boxer in the Cruiserweight division. As of February 2018 he is ranked #3 in the world in the cruiserweight division by the WBA, WBC and WBO.
Pro career
On June 18, 2010 Vlasov beat veteran Jerson Ravelo by third round T.K.O.[1]
On February 25, 2011 Vlasov suffered first loss against Isaac Chilemba. He knocked the Malawian down twice in the 8th round. Despite this Chilemba was able to win the fight on points.
Vlasov has been ranked #10 by the WBC and has won the WBC Baltic title at light heavyweight.[2]
