Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket

Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket (MSSH) is a multi-speciality hospital, owned and operated by Max Healthcare Institute Limited (MHIL).[1] The hospital is designed by architect Mr. Richard Wood.

Campus and Location

This 490-bedded healthcare facility is located in the Saket area of South Delhi, approximately 15 km from New Delhi Railway Station and 12 km from the domestic airport.[2] There are two blocks in this hospital – East Block and West Block.

In October 2015, Max Healthcare has acquired the Saket city hospital. Saket city hospital has 230 functional beds, which will add to the existing infrastructure of the Max Hospital.[3]

Accreditation, Awards & Recognition

• Max Institute of Minimal Access, Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery has been accredited as a Centre of Excellence for providing state-of-the-art Clinical Services and Surgical Training Programmes for Abdominal Wall Hernia Surgery[4]

Max hospital, Saket has the unique distinction of having Asia's FIRST (& world's THIRD) intra operative MRI known as Brain Suite installed.[5]
