Mataruška Banja (Serbian Cyrillic: Матарушка Бања) is a spa town in central Serbia, in the municipality of Kraljevo, Raška District. It is located at the river Ibar, 9 km from Kraljevo. The population of the town is 2,950 people (2011 census).
