Master key

Master key may refer to:

  • A special type of key designed to open multiple locks. The whole idea behind a master key system is to have one unique key that’s able to open all the locks in a particular building, even if those locks have their own individual keys that belong to the occupants.[1]
  • Master Key, a pricing game on The Price Is Right
  • The KAC Masterkey, a door breaching shotgun
  • One of the encryption keys used in a Master/Session encryption scheme
  • A slang term denoting one’s failed dating life
  • Master Key (TV series), a South Korean variety show.
