Masjid Al-Rahmah is a mosque located in Northern Catonsville, in Baltimore County, Maryland. The mosque is on the campus of the Islamic Society of Baltimore. It is known for being the location of President Barack Obama's first presidential visit to a United States of America mosque.[1]
History
In 1982, the Islamic Society of Baltimore purchased 8-acres of land. Construction on Masjid Al-Rahmah finished in 1984.[2]
