Masahiro Asada

Masahiro Asada from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2012[1] for contributions to semiconductor laser theory and terahertz devices.
