Mary Catherine Irvine (born 17 February 1966) is an Irish judge who has served as a Judge of the Court of Appeal since October 2014. She previously served as a Judge of the High Court from 2007 to 2014.[1]
She was educated at University College Dublin and King's Inns. She was called to the Bar in 1978 and became a Senior Counsel in 1996.
She is married to Justice Michael Moriarty and they have three children.
