Hugh Martin McHugh (born 1973) is a Northern Irish international lawn bowler.[1]

Before the 2016 World Outdoor Bowls Championship he had been capped 83 times by Ireland.[1] He is the winner of seven national titles.[2]

He has competed in four World Bowls Championships in 2000, 2008, 2012 and 2016. He has also competed in five Commonwealth Games in 1998 and 2002, 2006, 2010 and 2014.

He won a fours gold medal at the 1998 Commonwealth Games and triples bronze medal in the 2000 World Outdoor Bowls Championship.

In 2016, he was part of the combined Irish fours team with Simon Martin, Neil Mulholland and Ian McClure that won a bronze medal in Christchurch.[3]

McHugh was selected as part of the Northern Ireland team for the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast in Queensland.[4]
