Marshall Black

Marshall Black was an American politician. He was born in Ohio in 1870, and attended Ohio Wesleyan University and Stanford University.[1] He served in the California legislature from 1902 to 1913. In 1913, he was recalled after being convicted of embezzlement[2] and replaced by Herbert C. Jones.
