Mark Andrew Richards

Mark Andrew Richards (born c.1953) is an American scientist who is currently Principal Research Engineer and Adjunct Professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology.[1]

Richards is originally from Houston, Texas, and obtained his first degree from Georgia Tech in 1974. He obtained his master's degree from Stanford University and his Ph.D. from Georgia Tech, where he subsequently worked as a researcher at the Georgia Tech Research Institute.

Richards was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2012[2] for contributions in radar signal processing education.
