Marie-Ernestine Serret

Marie-Ernestine Serret (1812–1884) was a French painter and pastellist.

Born in Paris, Serret was married to Charles-François Cabart, and sometimes exhibited under the name Mme. Cabart. She was a pupil of Hortense Haudebourt-Lescot who worked in pastel and in oils; among her subjects were portraits, still lifes, and religious scenes. She died in Paris.[1][2]
