Marc Lemay (born April 4, 1951) is a Canadian politician.

Lemay was born in Amos, Quebec. A lawyer, Lemay was first elected to the House of Commons of Canada in the Canadian federal election, 2004 as the Bloc Québécois candidate in the riding of Abitibi—Témiscamingue. He defeated the Liberal candidate, Gilbert Barrette by nearly 12,000 votes. Lemay is currently the Bloc's critic for Indian Affairs and Northern Development.
