Marai Larasi is the Executive Director of Imkaan, a United Kingdom-based black and minority ethnic women's organization which works to prevent and respond to violence against marginalized European girls and women.[1][2] She also co-chairs the End Violence Against Women Coalition, which became a registered charity with her as a co-chair on 31 March 2015.[3][4][5]
Larasi was ranked number 80 in the World Pride Power List 2013.[6] She attended the 75th Golden Globe Awards in 2018 as a guest of Emma Watson.[2][7]
