Maquoketa Community High School is a public high school in Maquoketa, Iowa, United States.[1] It is located at 600 Washington, Maquoketa, Iowa.[2]

It is the only high school in the Maquoketa Community School District.[3]

In the 2015-2016 school year, it had 527 students, and the student/teacher ratio was 13.51.[2]

  • Eric Juergens, 2006 Iowa Wrestling Hall of Fame inductee,four-time state champion, compiled a 144-0 career mark with 100 pins; Iowa Hawkeye wrestler: two-time National and Big Ten Champion. He was a rare four-time All-American and a member of three NCAA champion teams. Twice he was named Iowa's male athlete-of-the-year.
