Manie Malone (born 1981[1]) is an Ivorian actress. In 2011, she received a Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role nomination.
Career
In 2010, she starred as "Nora" in Viva Riva!. Her character was the love interest of the protagonist in the film.[2][3] The role got her a nomination at AMAA awards, she eventually lost to Ghanaian actress, Ama Abebrese.[4] Describing her role in the film, she disclosed that she had to learn to speak Lingala to star in the film.[5]
