Mang Tomas

Mang Tomás (Tagalog for "Mr. Tomás") is a condiment brand owned by Nutri-Asia, Inc. Its core product is a sauce similar to sársa (lechón sauce) but made without ground liver. The product is sold in the Philippines as "Mang Tomas All-Around Sarsa" and as "Mang Tomas All-Purpose Sauce" in export markets. The product is named after Tomás "Mang Tomás" delos Reyes, a famous lechonero (purveyor of lechón) from La Loma, Quezon City.[1][2]
