Maksim Dimitrievski is currently a member of the Assembly of Macedonia.[4] Previously he was a member of the City Council of Kumanovo Municipality.[5] He is also a member of the executive committee of the Social Democratic Union of Macedonia.[6]

Controversy

Dimitrievski had honored Axis Bulgarian soldiers from the Second World War on October 27, 2017 in the village of Stracin near Kumanovo.[7]
