Makhni pyaz

Makhani pyaz or butter mixed Onion is a famous dish used in Saraiki areas of Punjab, Pakistan in summer season wrap onion with butter in hot Tandoori roti for 15 to 20 minutes until it got soft and than eat it.It is a delicious dish of Array and cast of Pakistan and they love to eat it in summer season without any other dish.[1]
