Maira Khan is a Pakistani television actress, film actress, model and former VJ. In 2011 she debuted as a film actress in the film Bol alongside Atif Aslam, later in 2013 she was nominated as "Best Star Debut Female" for film Chambaili at the 1st ARY Film Awards.

Career

Khan appeared in drama serial Jaise Jante Nai. Since then she has appeared on PTV, Indus TV, Hum TV, ARY TV, TV One, Geo TV serials. Khan has also appeared as a VJ on Play TV, and hosts her own talk show.[1][2] She made her film debut in the 2013 political film Chambaili by Shehzad Nawaz and Ismail Jilani. Her character stands up for what's right and is the epitome of the strength of a woman.[3][4]
