Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) is one of the world´s largest networks of retail Centers offering pack and ship, logistics, communications and marketing services to business and private customers.[1] Operating in the Business Services industry, MBE provides value by helping consumers and small and medium-sized enterprises to improve productivity by outsourcing to MBE the business-related requirements and processes which do not correspond to customer's core business activities.

MBE Worldwide - a family-owned Italian holding company based in Milan - originally started as a Master Franchisee of MBE Inc. in 1993 and subsequently acquired the worldwide Mail Boxes Etc. business (except for the United States of America and Canada, which remail under MBE Inc.) in May 2009 from MBE Inc.[2]

On December 31, 2016 MBE Worldwide counted on almost 1,600 locations in 30 countries, with aggregated Sales of 427 Million euro in 2016 (+6% vs 2015).

In 2017, MBE Worldwide acquired two US companies PostNet[3] International Franchise and AlphaGraphics Inc.[4]. With these acquisitions, the MBE network now reaches around 2,500 Service Centers - including 500 in the US and 2,000 in 43 countries around the world- with a projection of system-wide sales for 2017 of nearly 940 millions of dollars.

MBE's Service Centers are owned and managed by franchised entrepreneurs and supported by experienced service teams.
