Dr. Madhavrao Kinhalkar (born 27 September 1957 in Bhokar, Nanded district) is an Indian politician and member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He was MLA of Bhokar Constituency in period of 1991-1999 for 2 Successive time. [1] He served as Minister of state for Home Affairs,Revenue & Co-Operation in Maharashtra Government headed by Sharad Pawar in period of 1991-1995.

He is Nationalist Congress Party leader but in 2014 he joined Bharatiya Janata Party at Mumbai in presence of Amit Shah along with Suryakanta Patil & Bhaskarrao Khatgaonkar .

He is main litigent in Ashok Chavan Paid news case as he contested against him in 2009 assembly poll from Bhokar Assembly Constituency.
