Madeleine de Pinot des Fontaines

Madeleine de Pinot des Fontaines was the wife of Daniel de Massue, Seigneur de Rouvigny. Together they had four children, including Rachel de Massue, mother of Rachel Wriothesley, afterwards the Lady Russell, wife of Baron Russel of Rye House Plot fame. She was the daughter of le Seigneur Jean de Pinot des Fontaines and Guillemine Briere.[1] She is a direct ancestor of British prime minister Winston Churchill. She has a sister, Collineau de Montaguerre.
