Männerschwarm Verlag

Männerschwarm Verlag is a German company and a book publishing house which specialises in LGBT fiction and non-fiction.

History

Founded in Hamburg, Germany, in 1992 by Joachim Bartholomae and Detlef Grumbach. In Hamburg the company began to sell LGBT-themed books, LGBT art and comics and magazines as gay magazine Invertito, Edition Waldschlösschen and Queer Lectures. Since 2000 also LGBT books of Bibliothek rosa Winkel (founded by Wolfram Setz) is a part of Männerschwarm Verlag.[1] In September 2018, Männerschwarm Verlag was acquired by German company Edition Salzgeber with seat in Berlin.[2]
