Lukov (German: Lukow) is a village and municipality (obec) in Teplice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 9.64 square kilometres (3.72 sq mi), and has a population of 147 (as at 28 August 2006).

Lukov lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south of Teplice, 20 km (12 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 62 km (39 mi) north-west of Prague.
