Bishop Luis Fernando Ramos Pérez (born January 2, 1959) is the Auxiliary Bishop of Santiago de Chile in the Roman Catholic Church.[1] He is also the titular Bishop of Tetci in Tunisia.[2]

Perez was ordained a priest on 5 May 1990. He was consecrated a bishop on 10 May 2014 by Cardinal Ricardo Ezzati Andrello, Archbishop of Santiago de Chile, and appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Santiago de Chile.[3]
