Ludovico Girardello

Ludovico Girardello (Vittorio Veneto, born 5 December 2000) is an actor and director best known for his role of Michele Silenzi in The Invisible Boy movie series.

Controversies

In late December 2017, some days before the premiere of The Invisible Boy - Second Generation, Girardello and fellow same age actor Filippo Vallese were filmed in a video then uploaded on Vallese's Instagram profile in which, while having a walk for Trieste lashed by the bora wind, the two boys complained about the weather and the town, saying "I'm sick of rain[...] Trieste, I hate you Trieste. Let's hate this shitty town".[1] These word were said joking, but local politician Sandra Savino was indignant and protested in public statement.[2] The two boys, now aware of the consequences of their own prank, made public apologies.[3]
