Religious life

He was Ordained Priest of Aversa, Italy on 1 Oct 1988 by Bishop João (Giovanni) Gazza, S.X. He was Appointed Official of the Secretariat of State on 27 Jan 2012. He was Appointed Titular Archbishop of Monteverde on 27 Jan 2012. He was Appointed Apostolic Nuncio to Rwanda on 16 Feb 2012[1] and Ordained a Bishop on 14 Apr 2012 by Tarcisio Bertone. He was Appointed Apostolic Nuncio to Algeria[2][3] and Tunasia[4] on 14 Jun 2016.[5][6]
