Loxostege immerens is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Harvey in 1875.[1] It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from California.[2]

The wingspan is about 20 mm. The forewings are blackish-grey. The hindwings are deep orange yellow.[3] Adults have been recorded on wing in January and from March to June.
