Lorenzo Acquarone
Lorenzo Acquarone (born 25 February 1931 in Ventimiglia) is an Italian lawyer and politician.
Acquarone graduated in law and became a lawyer and university lecturer. As a member of the Italian People's Party, he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies for three legislatures.[1] In 2002 he participated in the formation of the new political entity called the "Margherita" or Democracy is Freedom - The Daisy, but in September 2003 decided to leave the party to join the Popular-UDEUR.
On 27 December 2007 Acquarone was awarded the Knight Grand Cross Order of Merit of the Italian Republic - uniform ribbon.[2]
