Loading Artist is a New Zealand webcomic written and illustrated by Gregor Czaykowski, who describes the comic as being "about many things, sometimes revolving around an artist who wants to become rich and famous."[1]

Most strips depict nameless characters placed in situations covering a wide variety of themes, including internet culture, social anxiety, business, health, death and the afterlife.

The comic strip Garfield served as a big inspiration to Czaykowski in his dream to become a cartoonist.[2] He originally used Adobe Photoshop to illustrate his comics, but has since switched to Clip Studio Paint.

As of October 2015, Czaykowski started illustrating the comics, as well as playing games and other entertainment, live via Twitch.[3]
