Little Prince (Hangul: 어린 왕자; RR: Eo-rin Wang-ja) is a 2008 South Korean drama film. Directed by first-time director Choi Jong-hyun, it is loosely inspired by French writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's most famous novella The Little Prince.[1]

Synopsis

Han Jong-cheol (Tak Jae-hoon) is a workaholic who has no time for his family. He becomes traumatised and alcoholic after his wife Eun Hee-soo (Shin Dong-mi) and son Han Eun-kyu (Jung Yun-seok) died in a car accident. One day he meets a young boy named Yeong-woong (Kang Soo-han) who is suffering from an incurable heart disease. Yeong-woong reminds Jong-cheol of his son.
