List of submissions to the 41st Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film

The following 18 films, all from different countries, were submitted for the 41st Academy Awards in the category Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. The titles highlighted in blue and yellow were the five nominated films, which came from Czechoslovakia, France, Hungary, Italy and the eventual winner, the USSR.[1]
