List of current champions in Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide

Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA) is a professional wrestling promotion based in Mexico City. Title reigns are either determined by professional wrestling matches or are awarded to a wrestler, as a result of the culmination of various scripted storylines.

Currently in AAA, there are two active singles championships, a traditional tag team championship, mixed tag team championship, and a trios championship available for male wrestlers, as well as a championship for female wrestlers. Seven wrestlers officially hold the championships (with the first female champion set to be determined via tournament). The list includes the number of times the wrestler has held the title, the date and location of the win, and a description of the winning bout. The following is correct as of October 13, 2018.

At the top of AAA's championship hierarchy is the AAA Mega Championship. The current champion is Fénix, who is in his first reign after defeating Jeff Jarrett, Brian Cage and Rich Swann at the Triplemanía XXVI on August 25, 2018.[1]

The secondary title in AAA is AAA Latin American Championship. The current champion is El Hijo del Fantasma, who is in his first reign as champion. He defeated Johnny Mundo at the Héroes Inmortales XI on August 25, 2018.

The AAA World Cruiserweight Championship. First time title holder Sammy Guevara is the current champion, having defeated Australian Suicide, ACH and Shane Strickland at the Triplemanía XXVI on August 25, 2018.

The AAA World Mini-Estrellas Championship. First time title holder Mini Psycho Clown is the current champion, having defeated Dinastia at the edition of AAA Worldwide on May 26, 2017.

The AAA World Tag Team Championship is who are in their first reign as a team El Texano Jr. and Rey Escorpión). They defeated Dark Family (Cuervo and Scoria) at the edition of AAA Worldwide on March 25, 2018.

The AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship is who are in their first reign as a team Big Mami and Niño Hamburguesa. They defeated Lady Shani and Venum at the edition of AAA Worldwide on June 19, 2017.

The AAA World Trios Championship is currently held by three-time title holders, El Poder del Norte (Carta Brava Jr., Mocho Cota Jr. and Soul Rocker/Tito Santana). They defeated Los OGT's (Averno, Chessman and Super Fly) at the Guerra de Titanes on January 26, 2018.

There is one championship contested for female wrestlers (promoted as their Reinas del Ring division), the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship. The current champion is third time is Faby Apache, who defeated previous champion Lady Shani at the Guerra de Titanes on January 26, 2018.
