Bonnie Tyler is a Welsh singer who has released sixteen studio albums. Her career has led to three Goldene Europa awards, an Echo Award, a Variety Club of Great Britain Award, a Gold Badge award for her contribution to Britain's Music Industry, and a Steiger Award for a lifetime career in music. She has also been nominated for three Grammy Awards, three Brit Awards, two American Music Awards, two Echo Awards and much more.

Tyler represented the United Kingdom at the World Popular Song Festival in 1979, winning the festival with her song "Sitting on the Edge of the Ocean". She later represented the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2013, and became the first recipient at the Eurovision Song Contest Radio Awards for her country.

Academy of Country Music Awards

The Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM) were created by the Academy of Country Music in 1966 to honour the industry's accomplishments during the previous year.[1] Tyler received one nomination in 1978.

Bravo Otto

The World Popular Song Festival, also known as Yamaha Music Festival, was an international song contest held from 1970 until 1989. It was organised by the Yamaha Music Foundation in Tokyo, Japan from 1970 until 1989. Representing the United Kingdom in 1979, Tyler came in first place with her song "Sitting On the Edge of the Ocean".

Eurovision Song Contest Radio Awards

The Eurovision Song Contest Radio Awards were launched in 2006 by Eurovision Song Contest Radio (ESC Radio), who are not officially associated with the Eurovision Song Contest.
