Sin senos sí hay paraíso is an American-Colombian television series developed by Fox Telecolombia, and Telemundo Studios, based on a original idea of Gustavo Bolívar. The series premiered on 19 July 2016 in the United States on Telemundo television network, and is currently in its third season.

Main characters

Hilda Santana

Portrayed by Catherine Siachoque, Hilda Santana is the mother of Catalina La Pequeña. After her eldest daughter died, Hilda had one with Albeiro, whom they decided to NAME Catalina, in honor of her deceased daughter. Hilda is an overprotective mother with her youngest daughter, since she does not want her to make the same mistakes as her other two children. So she forbids her youngest daughter from going outside without her permission. In season 1, Hilda does everything possible to protect her family from La Diabla, an ex-friend of her eldest daughter who, for some reason, hates her family. In season 2, after learning that her eldest daughter is alive. Hilda suffers a faint that causes a tumor in her brain, so it is operated on, after awakening, Hilda loses the memory completely. And she is kidnapped by La Diabla, where without knowing anything about her past she is deceived by La Diabla, and decides to end her relationship with Albeiro and forget about her family, and then begins to start a relationship with Calvo, a former employee of La Diabla. She gets her memory back at the end of season 2. [1][2]

Albeiro Marín

Portrayed by Fabián Ríos, Albeiro Marín is Catalina's father and Hilda's boyfriend. Albeiro is a hard-working man who protects his family very much, after the death of his old girlfriend, Catalina. He decided to start a family with Hilda, and that is how Catalina, the youngest, was born. Albeiro is always harassed by La Diabla, since she wants to have him as a lover. In season 2, Albeiro is bewitched by La Diabla and decides to start a relationship with her, but begins to have feelings towards Catalina, his old girlfriend. He is Jota's best friend.[3]

Catalina Marín

Catalina Marín Santana Carolina Gaitán is the daughter of Doña Hilda and Albeiro. She is the girlfriend of hernan Dario. She is sister of Catalina la Grande and aunt of Mariana.

Hernán Darío

Hernan Dario Juan Pablo Urrego is the boyfriend of Catalina la pequeña.

Yésica Beltrán

Portrayed by Majida Issa, Yésica Beltrán or commonly as is known in the neighborhood La Diabla, is the mother of Daniela. La Diabla is a woman who has been feeling hatred for Catalina's family for years, for not being able to have Albeiro's love and for never being as perfect as Catalina, La Grande.

Daniela Barrera

Portrayed by Johanna Fadul, Daniela Barrera is the daughter of Yésica. She is a rebellious and exhibitionist young woman who always gets what she wants, Daniela always believed that Marcial Barrera was her biological father, but then she discovered that it was not like that. She has always hated Catalina, La Pequeña for not being able to be so perfect with her and because she could never get the love of Hernán Darío. After her mother is stopped by the US authorities, she looks for ways to reinvent herself and allies with El Titi, Gato Gordo and Aníbal to get more fortune and power and get revenge on Catalina, La Pequeña, but soon decides to compete for the reign departmental of Colombia and thus be able to be the new queen Misaralda. After a great hard training, the day comes to elect the queen. But Daniela realizing that Catalina won the contest, decides to cut her veins, and dies in the arms of her mother.

Octavio Rangel

Portrayed by Juan Sebastián Calero, Octavio Rangel is the partner of La Diabla, after La Diabla destroyed Marcial, he joined forces with her to start a new empire and move drugs from Colombia to Mexico. It is known that Octavio made a deal with La Diabla to make Marcial believe that Daniela is his daughter. But it's really her daughter.

Aníbal Manrique

Portrayed by Luigi Aicardi, is the husband of La Diabla and the mayor of Pereira. After making deals with La Diabla, he is elected Alcade de Pereira, and helps La Diabla to do his illicit business. Anibal pretends to be Daniela's father. But it really is not, after La Diabla is taken prisoner to a jail of maximum security in the United States, he decides to help Daniela with bad intentions.

Catalina Santana

Portrayed by Carmen Villalobos, Catalina Santana, is Hilda's oldest daughter. In season 1, Catalina is believed dead by her mother and younger sister. In Season 2, Catalina reappears as an agent of the DEA, and it is revealed that she never really died and that she was hiding for 20 years. Catalina after receiving several shots is rescued and taken to an emergency hospital and Martin, the head of the T.E.A, decides to hide that she really survived. At the hospital Catalina meets Santiago, a doctor he falls in love with and has two children, Mariana & Sebastián. Now with a new identity she is known as Agent Virginia Fernández, a T.E.A agent who is responsible for capturing drug traffickers and bringing them to justice. After Jota called her to tell her everything La Diabla had done to her family, Catalina decided to return to Colombia to protect and guide the Maríns.

Aurora Banegas

Portrayed by Vicky Hernández, Aurora Banegas is the Daniel's mother. She is a lady suffering from Alzheimer's, after her son is unfairly accused of being a drug trafficker, she is taken to an asylum. Later, her son tries to find her and learns that she is the leader of a band of criminals.

Javier González

Portrayed by Dagoberto Gama, Javier González or better known as Gato Gordo. He was one of the former employees of La Diabla, but he did not want to keep a part of the profits generated by the business with La Diabla, so he decided to create his own empire and betray La Diabla. Gato Gordo has an obsession with Hilda's youngest daughter.

Santiago Sanín

Portrayed by Roberto Manrique, Santiago Sanín is the Catalina's husband and Mariana y Sebastián father. Santiago was a doctor who works in Colombia and who helped Catalina survive. He had a relationship with Soraya, but then fell in love with Catalina and decided to go live with her to the United States.[4]

Aurelio Jaramillo

Portrayed by Gregorio Pernía, Aurelio Jaramillo, better known as El Titi is a Colombian drug trafficker. He was released by the T.E.A to help capture La Diabla along with Marcial. The Titi is a man who only enjoys having a lot of money and women. After helping the T.E.A, he is free. And he decides to return to the unlawful businesses together with Gato Gordo.

José Luis Vargas

Portrayed by Francisco Bolívar, José Luis Vargas, better known as Jota, is the bestfriend of the family Marín Santana. Jota has been one of the friends of Catalina's family for several years, he has been a man who has always been alone and only counts on his friends. He falls in love with Vanessa and decides to start a new relationship and becomes Adriana's stepfather. After Adriana's death, it is revealed that Vanessa is pregnant with his child. Vanessa gives birth to Jota’s baby in season 3.

Martín Cruz

Portrayed by Juan Alfonso Baptista, Martín Cruz is an agent of the T.E.A. He is the one who helps Catalina to pass disarmed and gives her her new identity. Martin has always been in love with Catalina, but she never reciprocated. After several years working together, he decides to show his true identity, and kidnaps Catalina, and she learns that he was a psychopath who had tortured women for several years and then murdered them, in his list of women murdered by him, was a total of 13 women.[5]

Tony Campana

Portrayed by Javier Jattin, Tony is one of Catalina's new suitors and responsible for her protection. Tony is a handsome, educated and respectful escort who will be in charge of protecting Catalina Santana from Martin's threat. and will fall in love with her, but without the possibility of expressing her feelings.[6][7][8]

Introduced in season one

Estefanía Gómez stars as Vanessa Salazar
  • Diana Isabel Acevedo as Adriana Salazar, she is the daughter of Vanessa, a friend of Catalina Marín and Valentina Fonseca. Adriana has always hated men, because of them her mother prostitutes herself, she never knew her father. And she always kept hidden that she was a lesbian, but then she confesses to Valentina that she was always in love with her. After Jota will get her mother out of the world of prostitution, she begins to see Jota as a new father to her. Unfortunately during an attack planned by La Diabla against the Marín Santana family, she is seriously injured and in the hospital, in her last moments of life, Valentina kisses her.
  • Jennifer Arenas as Valentina Fonseca, she is the daughter of Ximena, a friend of Catalina Marín and Adriana Salazar. Valentina is a young woman who has values and always supports Catalina in all her decisions. She falls in love with Pipe, but after her death, she gets a large sum of money that Pipe stole from La Diabla. Despite being always clear about her sexuality, she kissed Adriana in her last moments of life.[9]
  • Joselyn Gallardo as Martina, she is Paola's daughter. Martina became the new pimp in the neighborhood after La Diabla became a drug trafficker. Martina always coaxes the neighborhood girls offering them money, jewelry, clothes and many other things in exchange for sleeping with drug dealers and men of great power. Then he meets El Titi, and falls in love with him, but his downfall was falling in love with him. In mid-season 2, Martina is killed by Titi and his bodyguards after figuring out that Martina was going to kill him.
  • Estefanía Gómez as Vanessa Salazar, she is Adriana's mother. Vanessa is one of the old friends of Catalina Santana. She falls in love with Jota, and after Adriana dies, she becomes pregnant.
  • Manuel Antonio Gómez as Esteban Calvo or previously known simply as Calvo. He was one of the security men of La Diabla. After La Diabla manages to escape from jail in the United States, Calvo begins to work with her again, but now with the aim of making Hilda Santana fall in love.
  • Marilyn Patiño as Lucía Barrios, Daniel's girlfriend.
  • María Alejandra Pinzón as Paola Pizarro, Martina's mother.
  • Alejandra Ávila as Celia Morán, she is the secretary of Aníbal Manrique.
  • Óscar Salazar as Capitán Pérez, he is the commander of Pereira's police, he is a corrupt police officer who helps La Diabla.
  • Jonathan Cabrera as Carlos Mario, commonly known as El Chuky, he is one of Martial's bodyguards.

  • Stephania Duque as Mariana Sanín, is the daughter of Catalina Santana and Santiago Sanín, Sebastián's sister. Mariana is a rebellious teenager who uses drugs to feel good. After she went to live in Colombia, she meets her other family and falls in love specifically with her aunt's boyfriend, so she does everything possible because she pays attention. Mariana makes everyone believe that she had sex with Hernán Darío and that she is pregnant with him, but the son she really expects is that of El Titi.
  • Juan Ángel Esparza as Carmelo Villa, is a Mexican drug trafficker who helped El Titi to hide from the authorities after the deceit of Catalina Santana. He teamed up with Titi because he murdered Chalo. He falls in love with Dayana, even knowing his sexual preferences and his only goal is to destroy La Diabla.[14]

Introduced in season three

  • Andrea Pita as Laura, is the half sister of Catalina and Bayron. Laura is also the daughter of the witch Abigail. Like her mother, Laura was inclined to macabre games, to the point that got her father separated from Hilda, and now as she an adult, even hating Catalina Santana, will do everything possible to fulfill the curse that weighs on the girls of the neighborhood and their offspring.
  • Mauricio Mejía as Carlos, he is the ex-husband of Hilda and father of Catalina and Bayron Santana. Carlos left his family because before forming a home with Hilda, he had another daughter who, since childhood, had a certain inclination for diabolical games and as he grew older, his wickedness became greater. Carlos feared that he would attack his own brothers, but now, many years later, he will have the opportunity to at least meet Catalina again, as long as he accepts him again in his life.[6][8]
  • Ricardo Henao as Gabriel, friend of Catalina Marín at the university.
  • Alejandra Monsalve as Sandra, she is the friend of Catalina Marín at the university.
