This is a list of National Football League (NFL) quarterbacks by total career regular season passing touchdowns. This list includes all quarterbacks who have thrown for at least 200 career touchdowns.

Historical passing touchdowns leaders

Fourteen players are recognized as having held outright or tied the record as the NFL's career passing touchdowns leader[4]. The longest record holder was Fran Tarkenton who held the record for 20 years.
