33"Bloody Mary and USS Hornet"May 31, 2014 (2014-05-31)

Zak revisits the evidence from the Salem Witch House and Lyceum Restaurant investigation in Season 4 (2011). Added to this section is more evidence from the GA's New Orleans Season 7 episode (2013). For the latter part of the Bloody Mary section, Aaron Goodwin recalled how he was "not the same anymore", after being in these two investigations. Bloody Mary interviewees: Warlock Christian Day and Voodoo queen, Bloody Mary.[3]

Zak recalls the USS Hornet evidence, from the GA's Season 4 episode in 2010. After that episode was shown, the three interviewees gave Zak new evidence that occurred on the aircraft carrier over an unknown period of time. USS Hornet interviewees: Gary Harbaugh and Heidi and Kris Schave.
44"Sedamsville Rectory and Winchester Mystery House"June 14, 2014 (2014-06-14)

Zak reviews the rectory evidence, from the GA's visit in 2012 (Season 7). Since then, one of the caretakers grew stronger in faith. The other one was, and still is, vulnerable to demonic attacks and possessions. Also, since this episode was aired, various ghost-hunting groups tried to gain permission to enter the house. Most of them were denied of that chance and it is unknown how many of them did get permission in the end. Sedamsville Rectory interviewees: Terrie Scott and Tim Brazeal.[4]

Zak reviewed a few sections of paranormal activity at the Winchester Mystery House from Season 5 (2011). The house itself, before the GA investigation, was not haunted as much. After that, it seems that paranormal activities in the house has increased in strength. Winchester Mystery House interviewees: Suzanne Hursh and Chris Maggard. Chris Turner taped a video message to Zak about the swinging chandelier at one of the rooms.
55"Palmer House and Mustang Ranch"June 28, 2014 (2014-06-28)

Zak reviewed some previous evidence from the GA's Season 7 (2012) investigation of the Palmer House Hotel. However, the owner of the hotel did not reveal to GA about a crucial piece of evidence that only she knew at the time. It was about Sinclair Lewis, the first American to be awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1930, was an on-and-off employee of the hotel in the past. According to the owner, she was confronted by the spirit of Sinclair Lewis, telling her that he hid one of his manuscripts in the basement walls of the hotel. If this rumor is true, it would change the literacy world, according to Zak. While all this was revealed to Zak later, a psychic told him about a demonic entity that was shaped like a wolf, with red eyes, that also haunts the hotel's basement. She fears for the owner's safety, but the owner insisted to Zak that she must carry on her duties as owner of the hotel. Palmer House interviewees: Kelley Freese (owner) and Chris Schneider (psychic).[5]

Zak reviewed some evidence, from the GA's investigation of the Mustang Ranch in Season 8 (2013). After that GA investigation, it seems that the spirits have grown in strength there. The new evidence somewhat revealed (but not confirmed) that there is a friendly spirit protecting one of the female employees from the other spirits. The manager of the place mentioned that the ladies working there do not want to enter Room B1, no matter what. Mustang Ranch interviewees: Tara Cann (manager), José Carranza (an employee), Jan Tufford (psychic), "Lucy" (another employee), and "Phoenix" (working girl).
66"Yorktown Hospital and Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum"September 20, 2014 (2014-09-20)

Zak talked to Mike Henson about the evidence GAC captured back in 2011 (Season 4). Also, a small clip about a spirit named "Doug", was shown as well. However, some time after that GA investigation, it seems that some locals did not liked the idea of having outsiders poking around inside the hospital at night. In an alleged reprisal against Mike, someone poisoned and killed his pet donkey, Spirit, with an unknown substance. Before that incident and after the GA investigation, there were a few break-ins at the site. According to Bryan Bernier, he thinks that Mike is still bonded with the spirits there. In an unusual twist, he mentioned that he wanted to have physical contact with them for personal evidence. For example, there is supposedly a girl ghost named "Stacy" that roams the abandoned hospital that Bryan wanted to have contact with. Yorktown Hospital interviewees: Mike Henson (caretaker of the hospital) and Bryan Bernier (paranormal investigator).[6]

In the second half of this episode, Zak reviewed some evidence from GA's only live event, from 2009, of the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum. Also, there was a few moments from the show, Paranormal Challenge, that was shown to Rebecca Gleason. Unlike the Yorktown Hospital situation, the asylum's reputation grew in popularity, after both the GA's and Paranormal Challenge episodes were aired. Overall, it has become an attraction for ghost-hunting enthusiasts every weekend. Some time, after the two episodes were aired, a spirit named "Big Jim" has supposedly came into prominence in the asylum. Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum interviewees: Rebecca Gleason (owner), "Copperhead" (employee), and Paul Cipar (employee).
77"Lizzie Borden and Black Swan Inn"September 27, 2014 (2014-09-27)

Zak explains small details about the Lizzie Borden House, with clips from GA's Season 5 (2011) investigation. However, the interview with psychic medium, Liz Nowicki, led to Zak stating that this was the most controversial one for him so far. As the overall interview went on, it became very dark very quickly. Some of the details mentioned to Zak here is too gruesome to post here. Suffice to say, the women were attacked by an unknown evil entity. Unfortunately, there were only circumstantial evidence that the evil entity could be Lizzie Borden's father. Lizzie Borden interviewees: Lee-Ann Wilbur (owner), Liz Nowicki (psychic medium), and Eleanor Thibault (tour guide).[7]

The second half has Zak reviewing some evidence, from the GA's Black Swan Inn investigation in Season 8 (2013). An intriguing moment that was captured in the spirit box then was the code word from the owner's mother: Bossier. After the GA investigation of the house, the owner and her children seemed to have various amount of attachments to the place. For example, the daughter would sit up on her bed at night and sleep talk in a "foreign language." On the other hand, the son gets into trouble at times, but does not remember what happened to him. Also, some entity does not want the son to exit his bedroom. After the children left the interview area, Aaron Goodwin and Zak talked about their concerns for the children's welfare. Black Swan Inn interviewees: Jo Ann Rivera (owner and mother), Nathaniel Rivera (son), and Madison Maze (daughter).

81"Zozo Demon and Katie's Bar"March 14, 2015 (2015-03-14)

Zak reviewed GA's evidence about the Zozo Demon from the 2014, Season 10, episode. One of the shocking news here was that Darren's now ex-wife had contact with Zozo behind his back, before and after the GA episode. Also, Darren mentioned of two more entities amongst them were named "Mama" and "Zaza" (this was not detailed in the original GA episode). On the sad note, the ex-wife is now in jail for assault and is serving a lengthy prison term. On top of that, Darren has been receiving not-so-nice remarks, via Twitter, from some people because of his continuing research about Zozo.

With Tee Jay Marshall, however, the interview did not start well. Tee Jay was not pleased to see Zak again, but he came to Las Vegas anyway. On one point, Tee Jay asked a question of Zak about whether he himself should have a spiritual cleansing, too. It seemed that an evil entity followed him home, after the GA episode. His daughter, Makayla, was attacked by this entity. Afterwards, Zak made an appointment with Lisa Ghariani for them, to spiritually cleanse them and their house. Zozo Demon interviewees: Darren Evans (former resident of house infected with Zozo), Tee Jay Marshall (repairman), Makayla Marshall (daughter), and Lisa Ghariani (psychic medium).[8]

For the Katie's Bar section, Zak interviewed the owner about what was discovered, during the GA investigation. However, Brian was still skeptical about the GA's findings that occurred there. One of his employees said to Zak that the bar became a hostile place, after the GA investigation. From patrons being angry for no or little reason to constant bar fights, the place got dark spiritually. Also, like Tee Jay Marshall, Brian had an evil entity followed him home. After hearing that, Zak made an appointment with a local shaman to cleanse Brian of this entity. Katie's Bar interviewees: Brian Karppinen (owner), Meagan and Melissa Flaherty (employees), Pat Guetter (Brian's girlfriend), and Khi Armand (shaman).
92"Bannack Ghost Town and Thornhaven Manor"March 21, 2015 (2015-03-21)

Zak reviewed GA's Bannack Ghost Town evidence, from GA's Season 9 (2014) episode. The interview goes well at the beginning. Later, Zak was not happy with Francisco's addiction to the ghost town. More so, it seemed to be that a spirit named "Dorothy" followed Francisco home. He described that, about 4:30am, his son would be "playing with an imaginary friend." Zak was even more surprised, when Jessica told him about Francisco having nightmares. On top of that, she does not believe in ghosts and other paranormal phenomenon. The son told Zak that "Dorothy" would wake him and "said" that she wanted to play. Zak was astonished about how accurate Geno explained about "Dorothy" in general. More so, Geno would be "talking" to his late grandfather (Francisco's father), too. Zak suspected that Geno may have a potential to become a psychic medium. Bannack Ghost Town interviewees: Francisco Ferreyra (paranormal investigator), Jessica Ferreyra (Francisco's wife), and Geno Ferreyra (son).[9]

Zak reviewed GA's Thornhaven Manor evidence, from GA's Season 8 (2013) episode. Zak was puzzled about how could the owner buy the manor, but never lived there at night. Even more odd, the former owners of the manor would not say anything about it. The realtor, who sold Thornhaven Manor to Steven, became a one-time spokesperson for them. Before that, a lady wanted to buy the house. When the previous owners asked about whether she has children, she answered "yes" and they told her politely to leave the premises and never come back. However, she got curious and went back there, with her son. As she went to look around the house, she witnessed an entity with red eyes. Her son saw the red eyes, too, and tried to save his mother. He got trapped in his mother's van and got scratched on his back, after he was able to exit the van. They are not sure, if an entity followed them home after that incident. A PI came to Thornhaven in 2012, with her mother and her camera. She took an unusual photo that shows herself as being pregnant. On top of that, a "spirit" is seen in the same photo between the two ladies. New evidence has surfaced there by a neighbor from the area. It turned out to be a tunnel that was part of the Underground Railroad. Here, Steven interviewed Richard Wright about his experiences, when he opened the tunnel. Thornhaven Manor interviewees: Steven Miller (owner), Tiffany Johnson (eyewitness), Caleb York (Tiffany's son), Jada Craig (paranormal investigator), and Richard Wright (eyewitness).
103"Sharon Tate Ghost and Linda Vista Hospital"March 28, 2015 (2015-03-28)

Zak reviewed some evidence from the 2014 Sharon Tate Ghost (Season 9; Episode 1) investigation. Some time ago, Dr. Barry Taff did an experiment on 61 people at the Oman House. 42 of them (69%) had some ailment or illness, after entering and exiting the house. As the interview went on, Dr. Taff used unfamiliar terms, like geomagnetic energy, to explain what was going on at the house and how it affects different people. Next, Zak asked David Omar to join into the interview. Barry and David have not seen each other for eight years, due to a major fallout between them. They seemed to be "comfortable" with each other's presence this time. David was surprised that Dr. Taff labeled him as a "poltergeist agent." At the end of this interview, a GA production crew went to the house with Scotti Megelin, in order to show a photo of herself with a spirit on or around her head. Sharon Tate Ghost interviewees: Dr. Barry E. Taff (parapsychologist), David Oman (owner of the affected house), and Scotti Megelin (eyewitness).[10]

Zak reviewed the evidence from the former Linda Vista Hospital (Season 3; Episode 7 (2009) and Season 6; Episode 5 (2012)) investigations. As of now, the area was renovated to become an apartment complex. There are unconfirmed reports that the current owner(s) of the building was using religious cleansing rituals to get the ghostly inhabitants to cross over and never return. It seemed that it did not work, by the "evidence" of people just leaving everything they owned in their apartments and left, never to return. Richard Berni, a former security guard, got some inside information on what is going on there. However, he took an object home with him, after the second GA lockdown in 2012. As a results, he was plagued with paranormal activity at his house. He has since removed the object and it is unknown where it is now. Kirsten Thorne was trying to figure out who or what is the "girl spirit" that has been following her everywhere she goes in LA. Kimber Chase now regrets her decision to participate in one of the GA's investigations. There is only speculation or coincidence that, after the second lockdown, six members of her extended family died in a short period, along with an alleged case of a spirit that followed her home at the same time. Linda Vista Hospital interviewees: Richard Berni (former security guard of hospital), Kirsten Thorne (paranormal investigator), and Kimber Chase (former nurse of hospital).
114"Exorcist House and Ohio State Reformatory"April 4, 2015 (2015-04-04)

Zak reviewed the Season 3 (2009) footage of GA's Ohio State Reformatory investigation. DJ Fly was going to Las Vegas for this interview, but suffered from a possible stroke or heart attack at the airport. After being discharged from the hospital, Zak sent out another production crew to DJ's home to complete the interview. It seemed that the spirit of James Lockhart was responsible for DJ's near fatal medical condition. Former inmate, George Rockham, filled in for DJ. George explained to Zak about how Lockhart used lighter fluid to dowse himself and his cell to commit suicide by fire on purpose. A part of the GA original footage was used to remind Zak about an interview with the former guard Ike Webb. After this GA episode, it was reported that some other paranormal groups was flocking to the prison to find evidence for themselves. A photograph showing a "blue spirit" was made from one of these groups. About a year and a half after this GA episode was made, most former employees of the prison resigned from their positions. One of them was Susan Nirode. Ohio State Reformatory interviewees: George Rockham (former inmate), Ike Webb (former guard of OSH, replaying the scene from the original GA episode), Susan Nirode (former employee), and DJ Fly (former inmate).[11]

For the second half of this episode, Zak reviewed the Season 8 (2013) footage of GA's Exorcist House investigation. Greg Myers revealed that he had this big red spot on his neck. Within that skin redness, there was a white cross that mysteriously appeared. One day, while taking a shower, he would have painful migraines. Also, he thought that he would die after an apparent stroke struck him. However, Sandy Oates revealed to Zak that some of the production crew would meet their end in mysterious ways. An example of this was a photographer (name unknown) that died from a stroke. To find more possible evidence of paranormal activity at the house, the GA enlisted Bill Chapel (skeptic, engineer, and inventor) to create devices to prove or disprove evidence that the house was haunted. Aaron Goodwin regretted that he was using provoking taunts to get the desired evidence. Exorcist House interviewees: Greg Myers (paranormal investigator), Sandy Oates (paranormal investigator), and the Bill Chapel (skeptic, engineer, and inventor) footage from that GA episode).
125"Stonehouse Brewery and Missouri State Penitentiary"April 11, 2015 (2015-04-11)

Zak reviewed a small sample of GA's Season 6 (2012) and fourth episode of the National Hotel, to which the Stonehouse Brewery was part of in that investigation. At first, the Stonehouse area was relatively quiet of any spirit or ghost energies, before GA arrived. Afterwards, the spirits of six Chinese laborers (coolies) seemed to be torturing the Stonehouse Brewery owner, Nikko Wu, regularly. No information was given whether there were any other spirits involved here. Nikko was being plagued by nightmares at home and the deaths of people directly and indirectly to her in the two years after the GA episode. Morgana Wyze, a psychic, revealed to Zak that a "blood demon" crossed over and has made the brewery "its home." On top of that, if given the opportunity to do so, this demon can kill its victim outright. So, Zak gave Nikko two options: Stay or abandon her life's work there. Off camera at the end of the interview, Morgana gave Zak a cleansing ritual to get rid of any evil spirits that may have followed Nikko to the Las Vegas studio. Stonehouse Brewery interviewees: Nikko Wu (Stonehouse owner) and Morgana Wyze (psychic).[12]

In the second half of this episode, Zak talked to Maggie Scott with some clips from GA's Season 8 (2013) and fourth episode of the Missouri State Penitentiary investigation. During this interview, Zak witnessed an orb of light appear behind Maggie at the crate props. Since Zak had a cleansing ritual moments ago, he believed that it was a spirit that was extricated from him. The crux of this interview was Maggie's addiction to the penitentiary. The addiction was so bad, it led to her divorce from her ex-husband, David. Zak wanted to have the two of them hold separate interviews, but Maggie agreed to have him at her side. At one point, Zak was not comfortable in becoming an impromptu "marriage counselor" for them. David's and Maggie's daughter, Morgan, explained what Zak already knew from her parents' interview. In fact, this episode reminded Zak about what happened to the former employees at the Ohio State Reformatory, with a clip of Susan Nirode from that interview. Zak saw this as a correlation between them and this family: divisive and tragic. Missouri State Penitentiary interviewees: Maggie Scott (paranormal investigator), David Scott (former husband of Maggie), and Morgan Scott (daughter of both David and Maggie). Also, a small clip of Susan Nirole from the Ohio State Reformatory interview.
136"Bonnie Springs Ranch and Vulture Mine"April 18, 2015 (2015-04-18)

Zak re-examined GA's evidence from the 2011 Season 4 (Bonnie Springs Ranch) 17th episode. Since that GA investigation of the area, there has been a good number of paranormal investigators from across the country visiting the site. However, what was not shown then was Brian Purdy's alleged possession from a spirit at the Opera House. Before that, Brian felt a pain on his back by some spiritual stabbing. His son, David, caught an EVP of an intelligent spirit, saying "Who are you?" and mentioned his last name. As a precaution, they have a medical team on standby, in case of an emergency. In this case, the team was used for Brian because he appeared to have some symptoms related to a stroke. Joe Tasso also helped Brian by telling the spirit to leave him alone. When Joe went home and was getting undressed, his cross necklace showed a brown stain on it. He did not know where that came from. Bonnie Springs Ranch interviewees: "Angry" Joe Tasso (supervisor), Brian Purdy (tour guide), and David Purdy (Brian's son).[13]

The second half of this episode has Zak review the Vulture Mine evidence from GA's 2010 and Season 4 investigation. However, it may have been the last paranormal investigation of the area. The mine and the land on it was bought by an unspecified mining company in 2011. As a result, the Hagan family was forced to move out immediately. Also, there is now a moratorium on any paranormal investigations of the site. A twist from that GA's investigation then was the abandonment of Marge Osbourne's house, just before GA started their search for spirits there. Most of all, Zak took it upon himself to find out the reasons for the mining company's stance about the Vulture Mine issue. A note from that company was sent to him, in order to explain their current situation about it. Vulture Mine interviewees: Marty Hagan (former caretaker), Roma Hagan (wife of Marty), Marge Osbourne (Marty's mother-in-law), and Dee Roberts (paranormal investigator).

141"Apache Junction and Fear Factory"August 8, 2015 (2015-08-08)

Zak re-examines GA's 2014 (Season 10) evidence from Apache Junction. At the interview, Zak did not know that the Yates family had a crisis, due to Marie's and Jay's investigations at Goldfield, Arizona. At the heart of the matter, this crisis centers around their son named Steven (sp?). Steven has a mental disorder and is autistic, too. One of the controversial scenarios here is Zak telling Marie that he believes that both her and Jay are using the paranormal to communicate with Steven. In turn, he starts talking about dead people, spirits, and ghosts in the Yates' family home. Zak also believes that she "rejects" the scientific aspects of autism and welcoming the dark side of the paranormal to deal with his condition. Jay, however, mentioned to Zak that Steven would run out of the house, due to seeing spirits. As a result, the police came to them for assistance. Before that, Marie lived in an apartment with her son. What she did not know before was that her apartment had a past homicide. It involved a boy named "Nick", who died by suffocation from a man named "Snake." In one scenario, Marie would start going to the bathroom for a shower. When she opened the shower door, she saw a spirit of a boy staring at her. After that, she and her son left the apartment, leaving everything behind there. As a result, she started to learn about a link between autism and the paranormal. Zak also believes that the two of them had spirits from Goldfield follow them home, presumably to engulf Steven with negative energy. Dr. Diane Powell explained to Zak that it is possible that people with autism or other brain-related injuries could have psychic abilities. What was shocking to her was that autistic people could remember their past lives and seeing ghosts, as examples. Upon Jay's permission, Zak gets Dr. Powell to visit the Yates home, in order to further his knowledge about a psychic link between autism and the paranormal. Apache Junction interviewees: Marie and Jay Yates (paranormal investigators and parents to their son Steven) and Dr. Diane Powell (neuropsychiatrist).[14]

In the second half, Zak recalled some of GA's findings from their 2014 (Season 9) Fear Factory investigation.

Zak states that the Fear Factory is most likely to be haunted for real and it is not coming from the workers themselves. Zak found out later that some of those workers were Satanists and they used the silo area for their evil rituals. However, the central point for the Waltons' current family strife is a girl spirit from that property. It was assumed that she followed them home and fomented their crises. The dark energy was potent enough that they are now separated and Erin has filed for divorce. Also, she believed that Morgan may be having an extramarital affair with one of the female workers there. The one condition that Erin set up for Morgan is this: If he stops working at the Fear Factory and never return there, then she can slowly accept having him as part of the family again. Fear Factory interviewees: Morgan Walton (employee) and Erin Walton (ex-wife of Morgan)
152"Texas Horror (Magnolia) Hotel and Sloss Furnace"August 15, 2015 (2015-08-15)

Zak reviewed some information about the Texas Horror (Magnolia) Hotel, from GA's eleventh and final Season 10 episode (2015). Here, Zak confronts Francesca Guerrero about her experiences at the Magnolia hotel. However, unknown to Zak at the time, she was making a student film about it. As a result and after becoming a "regular guest" there, she was banned from coming to the property by the current owner. Also, she has become addicted and marked to and by that place. She has received a four-finger scratch on her lower back, getting nightmares, and she cries uncontrollably from there in her past. Zak gave her a frank discussion about what the consequences are by becoming a paranormal investigator (PI). If the situation goes unchecked, she could get herself in serious danger from the spirits there. Next, Zak talked briefly to the hotel's caretakers: Susan and Dawn Sulaica. A more experienced PI, Robbie Prince, arrived at the set and started explaining to Francesca about his PI history and past findings. Texas Horror (Magnolia) Hotel interviewees: Francesca Guerrero (paranormal investigator), Susan and Dawn Sulaica (caretakers of the hotel), and Robbie Prince (paranormal investigator).[15]

Next, Zak reviewed some evidence about Sloss Furnace that was gathered from GA's fifth and Season 1 episode (2008). Here, Zak talked with former Sloss employee Michael Scoggins. He said to Zak that the Sloss Furnace location is not for anyone who wants to go there. There was one time that Mike would be violent at times while being in that location. Also, he had to save a young man from committing suicide there. Zak invited two PIs named Ed Weibe and Jason Hoffman. During one of their excursions at Sloss, one of their video cameras caught an apparition without a head. Also, Jason was partially possessed after taunting a spirit with a powerful command. With a bit of holy water, Jason returned to being himself again. Sloss Furnace interviewees: Michael Scoggins (former employee) and Ed Weibe and Jason Hoffman (paranormal investigator).
163"Bachelor's Grove Cemetery and Waverly Hills Sanatorium"January 2, 2016 (2016-01-02)

Zak reviewed the GA evidence from the second half of the Excalibur Nightclub (Season 7; Episode 2) video from 2012. Retired police sergeant, Joe Shukstur, came to the studio to explain to Zak about some information he could not share, when he was on duty. It revolves around the gruesome scene of dead children in the area (suspect was caught, arrested, and later died). Most of all, that cemetery has attracted some people, in order to do harm or kill each other. For example, someone strung some "metal wire" between the trees, in order to decapitate their victims. Zak explained to Joe about seeing this "ball of light" with no sounds at all in the area. Joe agreed with him because he saw it, too, that day. Zak and Billy compared that evidence to their experiences shown in the Halloween Special: Transylvania episode in 2013. Next, Zak got to meet the owner of the famous 1991 ghost (apparition) photo. Her name was Judy Huff. She was a member of a paranormal group/club that wanted to do an experiment at the cemetery. She had a special camera that only accepted a specialized roll of film negative with it. John Stephenson believed that photo is 100% authentic, along with Tom Wyckoff. Bachelor's Grove Cemetery interviewees: Joe Shukstur (retired police sergeant), Judy Huff (photographer), John Stephenson (paranormal investigator), and Tom Wyckoff (photo analyst).

Next, Zak reviewed the GA evidence from their Waverly Hills Sanatorium episode (Season 4) from 2010. It seemed to be that both Tina and Charlie are addicted to the place to some degree. On top of that, the spirits there seemed to know about them, due to that they live on the property itself. Also, these spirits love to mock them, when it was convenient for them to do so. Charlie mentioned to Zak about a old-fashioned tube radio contraption that was supposed to communicate with spirits, like today's version of a spirit box. However, Charlie has a pacemaker and the spirits seemed to know how it works, causing him to have spasms inside his chest, especially at his heart. Waverly Hills Sanatorium interviewees: Tina and Charlie Mattingly (co-owners).
174"Shanghai Tunnels and Jerome Grand Hotel"January 9, 2016 (2016-01-09)

Zak reviewed some of GA's evidence from their Shanghai Tunnels (Season 6) episode from 2012. In this episode, Zak was interested in human trafficking and how it still resonates from the past to the present day. As a result, he and the guys got permission from the police to go with an on-duty officer, in a police car, to find likely vulnerable women in the streets. That scenario would become an awareness campaign about human trafficking itself. For the first time, Zak interviewed a woman named "Barbara" (not her real name) who managed to escape from her captor(s). To protect her identity, Zak turned off the spotlight over the chair and modified her voice for her safety. She explained to Zak about being attached to a spirit named "Nina" there, before she became a victim of a smooth-talking human trafficker. It seemed that this spirit was trying to warn Barbara that someone was going to take advantage of her. Once her interview was done, Michael Jones explained to Zak that he was victimized in the tunnels by having three long and bloody scratches on one of his arms. On top of that, when the GAC went to do some reenactment footage at the site, a bloody red spot showed up on one of his upper arms. Shanghai Tunnels interviewees: Michael Jones (tour guide) and "Barbara" (a victim of human trafficking).

Next, Zak reviewed some of GA's evidence from their Jerome Grand Hotel (Season 4) episode from 2011. This episode brought fame to Chris, who was still working at the hotel, by saving Zak from getting his head severed from his body by that elevator stunt. Also, this episode is an exception in some ways. First, Lonnie had almost lost his woodworking business, after the GA investigation of the hotel. One day, a gentleman came to Lonnie's workshop. His knowledge about woodworking was astounding to Lonnie. Once he joined in as a Lonnie's partner, the business was booming again. Also, the hotel's spirits seemed to like him a lot. This was the first time Zak has noticed that this whole scenario produced a positive outcome in the end. Next, Zak interviewed Lonnie's wife, Renee. She mentioned that Zak has been "collecting spirits" while he goes to any GA investigation. At the end of the episode, Zak met with Kim Brasher. She was asked about what technique she used to have contact with spirits. Jerome Grand Hotel interviewees: Chris Altherr (hotel employee), Lonnie Anderson (craftsman), Renee Bermudez (Lonnie's wife), and Kim Brasher (paranormal investigator).
185"Stanley Hotel and Pennhurst"January 16, 2016 (2016-01-16)

Zak reviewed some of GA's evidence from their Stanley Hotel (Season 4) episode from 2010. Connor explained to Zak about his two heart transplants and that he said that he could be in touch with two donor spirits. Also, he explained that, after the GA investigation, the hotel's atmosphere has turned darker. The next person Zak interviewed was Lisa. She started to tell about one of her experiences there, along with Connor, a demonologist, and a priest. Connor had later verified the information of what Lisa told Zak. The final person to be interviewed here was Callea. She was a former employee at the Stanley Hotel. In this case, an outtake from that episode showed that Zak just could not stop himself from laughing with Callea about the phrase, "Suspense Keepers." On a serious note, she mentioned to Zak that she had a spirit (who committed suicide in the hotel) followed her home. Billy Tolley was part of one ghost investigation there at the hotel with Callea. At the end of these interviews, Zak added the toll-free number for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. Stanley Hotel interviewees: Connor Randall (current employee), Lisa Nyhart (current employee), and Callea Sherrill (former employee).

Next, Zak reviewed some of GA's evidence from their Pennhurst State School (Season 3) episode from 2009. Dr. Conroy was explaining to Zak about how the awful conditions at Pennhurst led to the creation of schools and classes for special needs students in the 1970s. However, someone tried to purchase all the property itself in 2008, in order to have condos built there. The Great Recession put a stop to those plans. Now, it was rumored that the place has now been converted into a haunted attraction. Briana believed that decision has angered a lot of people and any spirits inside the school. Zak wanted to interview the current owner(s), but they declined to do so. Therefore, they send Mara to speak in their behalf. She talked to Zak about experiencing an encounter with a spirit of an evil doctor. As a result, a crowbar was thrown at her. Most of all, Zak was saying to Dr. Conroy about an idea of having the area be part of a ghost tour and/or a museum in memory of all the children that died there. For example, Dr. Conroy suggested the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum as a template here. Pennhurst interviewees: Dr. James Conroy (preservationist), Briana Pietropaula (paranormal investigator), and Mara Ciervo (employee and psychic medium).
196"Sallie House and St. James Hotel"January 23, 2016 (2016-01-23)

Zak reviewed some of GA's evidence from their Sallie House (Season 10) episode from 2015. At that house, Tony was receiving fame for the wrong reason by the paranormal world. He has been scratched so many times in the 1990s by Sallie that he has lots of photos to prove his claims of being attacked. His wife, however, was never touched throughout the whole ordeal. The evil spirit seemed to want to pull apart Tony from Deb, so that it can continue tormenting him. She did not know at the time that Tony wanted to harm or kill her. With the luck that he got by leaving the haunted house, he could have killed her there. On one scene from that GA episode, Tony, Deb, Anissa, and Aaron were experiencing some negative tension in the basement of Sallie House. After the GA investigation was over, Tony received a "parting gift" of a big scratch from his chest down to around the belly button area. Sallie House interviewees: Tony Pickman (Deb's husband and former resident), Deb Pickman (Tony's wife and former resident), and Anissa Buhay (psychic medium).

Next, Zak reviewed some of GA's evidence from their St. James Hotel (Season 9) episode from 2014. In this episode, Zak talked to a psychic medium named Christopher Fleming. Christopher talked about channeling and its effects on the person using it, in order to make contact with spirits. One scene from that GA episode has Bill Chappell (inventor) describing to Zak an entity that was beside Christopher during the channeling phase. Next, Zak met with Gary and Jan. They are a husband-and-wife paranormal investigators. According to Gary, at that very meeting after greeting each other, a bad spirit went from being attached to Zak to transferring itself to Jan. That chance encounter created Jan's anguish toward anyone that came in her way, including Gary himself. It was still disputed on how Jan got affected in the first place. St. James Hotel interviewees: Christopher Fleming (psychic medium) and Gary and Jan Reynolds (paranormal investigators).
207"Myrtles Plantation and Old Licking County Jail"June 4, 2016 (2016-06-04)

Zak reviewed GA's evidence from their Myrtles Plantation (Season 9) episode from 2014. The owner does not like sensationalizing the place at all. Also, she does not like anything to do with voodoo on her property. This was also the case with almost everyone else that works at the plantation, too. However, Zak had an informal conversation with Robi about that sensitive topic. He agreed reluctantly to talk about it. Voodoo has been stereotyped by the media so many times in the past, especially with the use of voodoo dolls. Some time after the GA investigation, a fire broke out at the site. Three weeks before the fire started, Jules had a premonition from his dreams and by a woman in a white dress spirit that said, "You need to get out; there's a fire." The dreams kept on intensifying, until a couple of days before the fire occurred. In a surprising twist, a lamp was on at the gift shop, even with all power being cut off and unplugged there. Zak thanked the West Feliciana Fire Department for saving the place and the fire chief thanked him in return. The owner has a photograph that showed an apparition of Chloe. It seemed that Chloe saved the whole plantation from the fire. This was supported by Robi's evidence to Zak. Myrtles Plantation interviewees: Teeta Moss (owner), Robi Gilmore (tour guide), Jules Haigler (employee), and James R. Wood (fire chief of the West Feliciana Parish Fire Department).

Next, Zak reviewed GA's evidence from their Old Licking County Jail (Season 9) episode from 2014. Zak talked to Eric, a former police officer of 23 years turned PI, about the spirit named David. He mentioned that the jail's atmosphere has been "consistent." Also, it seemed that people are getting scratched, when they are present at the site. This David entity seemed to want to get attached to living people, in order to escape from the jail. He targeted Misty first and then to Marka. Old Licking County Jail interviewees: Eric Glosser (former police officer turned paranormal investigator) and Misty Medley and Marka Rine (paranormal investigators).
218"Gettysburg and Cripple Creek"June 11, 2016 (2016-06-11)

Zak reviewed GA's evidence from their Gettysburg (Season 4) episode from 2010. Zak had no idea that Carol was going to discuss about children being tortured by the headmistress of the orphanage. The former orphanage is now the Soldier's National Museum. There was one incident where Carol was struck from behind by a door that moved by itself. Alexis was addicted to "the pit" in the orphanage's basement. In one incident, Carol took a photo of Alexis and the result was that there was a man's face with Alexis' hair and jacket. She thinks that the man in the photo could be a 17-year-old soldier named David. Gettysburg interviewees: Carol Starr (paranormal investigator) and Alexis Gasparovich (employee).

Next, Zak reviewed GA's evidence from their Cripple Creek (Season 7) episode from 2012. Dan said to Zak that the house GA investigated was now empty and has no owner to it. All the past tenants that lived in that house became angry for no explainable reasons, after they live there for only six months. In one incident, it seemed that the property had a huge amount of "unaccounted water" being used. Since the GA investigation, Dan has dug up more small objects from the basement. Next, Zak talked to Eric about the house's original builder and owner named Jim. They used to work together as paramedics. According to Eric, Jim experienced one tragedy involving his son, JT, in 1994. The next tragedy for him was a gasoline explosion in his van that involved his careless use of a lighter, in order to have a cigarette. As a result, he had severely burned himself. He would experience some depression afterwards, but it led Jim to commit suicide six months after that incident. Some time after that, Eric used a flashlight as a communicator, in order to talk to Jim at the house. At one time in the Las Vegas undisclosed location, Zak asked Billy to play some EVPs. However, there was a mysterious malfunction of the audio equipment that has interrupted temporarily the regular sit-down interview with Dan and Eric.

At another location in Cripple Creek that GA investigated, Mark wanted to talk to Zak about his experiences at the Colorado Grande Casino & Hotel. Zak played a section of the original GA investigation, in which Zak mentioned that Mark was connected to the hotel in some fashion. Unfortunately, Mark quit his job there and misses that connection with Maggie and the place itself. There was a time when Mark is able to talk to relatives that have already passed on. However, he was annoyed at Billy and Bill Chappell for setting up their equipment at a certain location in the hotel. Mark felt that the spirits were treated like lab rats, in the name of capturing scientific evidence of the paranormal realm. As a result, he felt he needed to protect them like a family. Cripple Creek interviewees: Dan Piotrowski (former owner of house), Eric Murray (paranormal investigator), and Mark Sturgill (former employee of the Colorado Grande Casino & Hotel).
229"Moon River Brewery and Alcatraz"June 18, 2016 (2016-06-18)

Zak reviewed GA's evidence from their Moon River Brewing Company (Season 2) episode from 2009. Zak has changed and learned from many experiences in becoming a ghost hunter, when Ghost Adventures (the TV series) was first broadcast back in 2008. Zak said to Murray that ghost hunting is not for anyone, just like what he said briefly in the 2004 GA documentary. It is a dangerous hobby and that anything could go wrong almost instantly, if the hunt was not prepared properly. In turn, Murray asked questions to Zak about his resolve in being a ghost hunter. Most of all, Zak talked about why GA: Aftershocks was created in the first place. Zak got to talk to Billie about her experiences there. Unfortunately, a lot of people that were associated with her were dead in a very short period of time. As a postscript here, Zak sent a crew to have a discussion with a Garden City police lieutenant about any paranormal phenomenon there. Moon River Brewery interviewees: Murray Silver (paranormal investigator), Billie Labuzinski (former employee), and Lt. Tim McMillan (Garden City police officer).

Next, Zak reviewed GA's evidence from their Alcatraz (Season 8) episode from 2013. However, it started with a couple of GA episode outtakes that Jeff was involved in. In a serious manner, Jeff forgot to do his routine cleansing ritual and something followed him home from Alcatraz. After eight days, he was able to banish this entity from his home by wearing a specific medallion and holy water. Next, Zak talked to Anne about what happened to her, after leaving Alcatraz. She was not well for a few days afterwards. Similar with Jeff's situation, she had something followed her home from there as well. A cleansing ritual helped in getting her place devoid of any evil entities there. This was confirmed by her sister Sharon. However, Sharon had a small and stuffed animal named Malcolm with her, in order to get good energies to protect her. Somehow, it did not work this time, which led toward Malcolm being possessed by an evil entity. In order to get rid of what was inside Malcolm, Sharon used an unorthodox method to cleanse it. Alcatraz interviewees: Jeff Dwyer (paranormal investigator) and Anne and Sharon Leong (paranormal investigators and sisters to each other).
2310"Hales Bar and Ashmore Estates"June 25, 2016 (2016-06-25)

Zak reviewed GA's evidence from their Hales Bar Marina and Dam (Season 4) episode from 2011. Buddy used to be a skeptic, when it came to ghosts or spirits. His experiences at Hales Bar changed his beliefs to a believer of the paranormal. However, he was addicted to the tunnel, when there was ghost tours at the site. He believed that a dark entity followed him home from Hales. When Zak to his wife, Jessica, she revealed that Buddy was getting aggressive at times. At one time, Buddy had enough of being tormented by this evil entity. As a "parting gift" from it, he received a burning sensation on his right arm and left a mark there. If things did not get any worse, Jessica was also getting scratched and bruised. Next, Zak talked to Michelle about her experiences at Hales. She told him that she was attacked on her right side of her body. On top of that, six of her cats disappeared for no apparent reason whatsoever. She got a hold of a psychic medium and that person told her that this entity had followed her home and was in the woods behind her house. A senior PI, Richard, told Zak that he was scratched, too, and believed that the Cherokee curse was real. Hales Bar interviewees: Buddy West (former employee), Jessica Crabtree (Buddy's wife), Michelle Hatfield (paranormal investigator), and Richard Ruland (paranormal investigator).

Next, Zak reviewed GA's evidence from their Ashmore Estates (Season 5) episode from 2011. He talked to the former owner, Scott, about what happened to him and the location after the GA investigation. Scott told Zak that he may have been cursed, when he used to own the place. However, despite that and other possible scenarios like it at Ashmore, he was still maintaining his status as a major skeptic about anything paranormal. Zak remembered about signing his name on a wall there. However, another group of ghost hunters, from another paranormal TV show, did their hunt there as well. It was very upsetting that someone in that group thought it was a good idea to create an upside-down pentagram in a room's wall. That room was beside Zak's and Nick Groff's May 1, 2011, GA wall signature. Scott regarded the GAC as professional, friendly, and personable. A short time after that group left, Ashmore Estates was heavily damaged by a tornado on January 29, 2013. Next, Zak talked to Robbin about why he bought Ashmore. He replied theoretically that the spirits there wanted his help and they got it. At the time this interview was made, about 95% of the site has been cleaned out and the place would be used only for paranormal investigations. Ashmore Estates interviewees: Scott Kelley (former owner) and Robbin Terry (current owner).
2411"Rolling Hills and Overland Saloon"August 13, 2016 (2016-08-13)

Zak reviewed GA's evidence from their Rolling Hills Asylum (Season 4) episode from 2010. Sharon still lives on the property there. According to her, she wanted to purchase the place right away, after hearing that the asylum was closing down. Also, she explained to Zak that the spirits wanted to have her save them and the building. One of the spirits that intrigue Zak was Roy. Some time after the GA investigation, Sharon had news, new voices, EVPs, and pictures of Roy and one other spirit to show Zak. Since this GA episode was shown to the general public, people from around the area wanted to volunteer, donate money, and help Sharon do maintenance work and other tasks in the building. Zak talked to Cody about his experiences there. One incident that shocked him was that one of the volunteers that died from a car accident was his long-lost cousin. Also, Sharon said to Zak that Jason is likely watching over her and other people in spirit because he loved the place a lot. Jason's mother, Joyce, agreed to talk about her son and his connection to the asylum. Zak decided to dedicate this GA: Aftershocks episode to the memory of Jason M. Jewett (1982–2013). Rolling Hills interviewees: Sharon Coyle (owner), Cody Offen (volunteer and Jason's cousin), and Joyce Jewett (Jason's mother).

Next, Zak reviewed GA's evidence from their Overland Hotel and Saloon (Season 9) episode from 2014. The reason GAC went to Overland in the first place was an anonymous review about the hotel. Zak got to meet Ryan, who went through an attack while sleeping in Room 10. His best friend, J.D., was sleeping in another nearby room and was the person who wrote that anonymous review. Both guys explained to Zak, in great detail, about what happened to them that very night at the hotel. Zak made a correction from the original GA episode that Ryan was a Navy Seal trainee, not a full-time NS soldier. Zak had finally figured out, with Ryan, about that "medicine" EVP from that GA investigation. Overland Saloon interviewees: Ryan Restvedt (victim of the attack and professional bull rider) and J.D. Jacoby (Ryan's best friend and eyewitness to the attack).
2512"Riddle House and Pioneer Saloon"November 5, 2016 (2016-11-05)

Zak reviewed GA's evidence from their Riddle House (Season 1) episode from 2008. Shelia told Zak that the male-hating spirit, Joseph, was still at the house. Also, she reminded Aaron about her warning to him that Joseph does not like him the most. As a joke, Zak and Aaron switched chairs during the interview and Shelia got to talk to Aaron directly. At this point, Aaron had apparently did not heed her suggestions about not taking evil stuff home with him. For example, he did not take a crystal that she gave him, in order to protect him from evil spirits. However, Aaron did not accept it because he does not know what energies that may be lurking inside that crystal. In verifying Aaron's position in this matter, Zak told Shelia that Aaron has a point, when it came to strangers giving items to him that was questionable and dangerous to the new user. Next, Gina talked to Zak about an amazing photo of a full-bodied apparition named George at the Yesteryear Village. On top of that, it was taken during the daytime. With this piece of evidence, she had practically disproved the idea that ghosts/spirits only come out at nighttime. This information was also verified by both Janice and Connie. As a gift to Zak, Gina gave him an alligator hide. Riddle House interviewees: Shelia Powell (psychic medium), Gina Sauber and Janice Nalis (volunteers of Yesteryear Village), and Connie Christman (employee of Yesteryear Village).

Next, Zak reviewed GA's evidence from their Pioneer Saloon (Season 8) episode from 2013. Here, Noel told Zak that he went from being a skeptic to a believer in ghosts/spirits, after he heard someone crying in the ladies' washroom. During the interview, two moths decided to appear out of nowhere, causing the interview to be stopped temporarily twice, much to Zak's disdain. On a serious note, both Zak and Noel connected the dots between a bartender named, "Mister Butterfield", to a spirit box that said the word "whiskey." Next, Zak talked to Tim about an abandoned mine with holes they went to, as part of this investigation. Zak said then that even Tim would not go down those holes himself. Despite all the possible dangers over there, Billy decided to risk his life by going down one of those holes. Even more scary, Tim told Zak about the existence of a race called "cannibalistic pygmies", according to Native American stories and petroglyphs. Zak talked to Noel's son, Tom, about how working at the saloon has changed his life, since the GA investigation. Pioneer Saloon interviewees: Noel Sheckells (owner), Tim France (director of the Pahrump Historical Society), and Tom Sheckells (Noel's son and bartender).
