Orbital slot number to spacecraft serial number history

This section is for the purpose of making it possible to determine the orbital slot number associated with a spacecraft serial number at a particular epoch. For example, GLONASS-M #727 had been assigned to slot 3 and 4 at different times of its lifespan, whereas slot 23 had been assigned to GLONASS #761/793 and GLONASS-M #714/732 at different epochs. This information can be found in the IGS ANTEX file, which uses the convention "RNN" and "RNNN" for orbital slot numbers and spacecraft serial numbers, respectively. For example, GLONASS-M #727 is described as:
