The list of ABA League-winning coaches shows all head coaches who won the Adriatic League, regional men's professional basketball league that originally featured clubs from the former Yugoslavia (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia). League is run by Adriatic Basketball Association.
