List of 2018–19 Major League Rugby transfers

This is a list of player transfers involving Major League Rugby teams that have or will occur between the end of the 2018 season and through the 2019 season.

The league has confirmed the addition of Rugby United New York for the 2019 season. Additional expansion including Los Angeles Coast Rugby and Ontario Arrows, who have both announced the acquisition of exclusive negotiating rights for their markets, has yet to be confirmed.
