Lisa and Lena Mantler, (born June 17, 2002), more commonly referred to as Lisa and Lena, are identical twins from Stuttgart, Germany. They are video clip creators, especially of lip synched clips on the social media application TikTok. They have gained a substantial following on several social media outlets, such as TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Lisa and Lena were adopted when they were six months old. Their parents are Lilli and Viktor Mantler. They have two older siblings, Tim and Tayra.

On July 26th, 2017, they released their first original single, Not My Fault, as a promotion for their recently released clothing collection, J1MO71.[1]

Clothing line

Prior to 2016, the two were partnered with modeling company Compose Clothing. In Early June of 2016 they announced the end of their cooperation with Compose.[2] Since December 2016 they now have their own independent merchandise store called Dream It & Do It, which sells apparel such as clothing, gym bags, phone cases, and various accessories. In addition, they design clothes on their own clothing brand called J1MO71.

International success

Lisa and Lena started making Musical.lys on December 10th, 2015. Since then, their popularity has grown quickly, and at one point they were gaining around 30,000 new followers daily. They have many fans from their home country of Germany, but they also have millions of fans internationally.

Presence in social media

Lisa and Lena have over 30 million fans on Tik Tok and 13.7 million followers on Instagram.[3]

Awards

In 2016 the duo received the golden Bravo Otto as Social-Media-Stars.[4] They also received a 2017 Shorty Award as Muser of the Year.[5] They were nominated for Teen Choice Awards 2017 as Best Musers
