The Linx Cargo Care Group is a diversified logistics infrastructure and solutions provider headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Linx Cargo Care Group comprises Linx, Autocare Services, C3 and GeelongPort. Together, the group's four businesses employ more than 3,800 people across Australia and New Zealand. The Linx brand emerged following the breakup of Asciano in August 2016.[1]

Structure

Linx Cargo Care Group comprises four separate businesses - Linx, Autocare Services, C3 and GeelongPort. This group of businesses was formerly known as Patrick Bulk and Automotive Port Services (BAPS) prior to the sale of the BAPS assets to a Brookfield Asset Management led consortium as part of the $9.05 billion Asciano Limited transaction in August 2016.[2][3][4]

BAPS was rebranded as Linx Cargo Care Group following the Asciano transaction. Patrick Bulk Port Services, part of the BAPS business, was rebranded Linx. Patrick Autocare was rebranded Autocare Services. C3 and GeelongPort maintained their branding post-transaction. Linx and C3 (the latter acquired by Asciano in 2012) are both wholly owned entities of Linx Cargo Care Group, while Autocare and GeelongPort are joint ventures.
