LightKeeper Pro

LightKeeper Pro is a tool to aid in the repair of miniature incandescent lights set.

Operation

The LightKeeper Pro's Quick Fix Trigger is used to break down the oxide coating of the bulb shunt, bypassing it permanently and allowing the rest of the bulbs in the set to illuminate normally. In order to do so, it sends an electrical pulse throughout a failed light set.[1] The failed bulb(s) can then be identified and should be replaced.

A broken wire, loose or missing bulb, for example, cannot be repaired by the Quick Fix Trigger. An Audible Voltage Detector is included in the LightKeeper Pro to allow the user to identify the location of faults which are not caused by failed shunts (such as broken wires or missing bulbs). Also included are a bulb & fuse tester, three-way bulb puller and a storage organizer in the handle.[2]
