Letheobia graueri, also known as the Lake Tanganyika blind snake or Sternfeld's beaked snake, is a species of snake in the family Typhlopidae.[3][4] The species is endemic to Africa.[2]

Etymology

The specific name, graueri, is in honor of Rudolf Grauer, an Austrian zoologist and explorer.[5]

Geographic range

It is found in Burundi, eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, western Tanzania, and westen Uganda.[2]
