Leptospermum exsertum is a member of the Myrtaceae family endemic to Western Australia.[1]

The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 0.6 metres (1 to 2 ft). It blooms between August and September producing white flowers.[1]

It is found on sand plains in the Mid West region of Western Australia between Perenjori and Morawa where it grows in sandy soils.[1]
