Lenco is currently a Dutch owned brand of audio & video equipment and part of Commaxx International NV and a sister company of Trebs BV ' .[1] Lenco became very well known ( A Brand ) especially because of the Lenco turntables, the Swiss Lenco AG (from Oberburg, Burgdorf was founded in 1946), a turntable manufacturer prominent during the 1950–1980s.
Currently Lenco is refocusing on its historical roots and has launched a number of new and upgraded turntables. Most notably the new Lenco L-85 tries to fill the shoes of its famous namesake with modern connectivity and classic sound. Other fields of interest and product ranges include digital radios, speaker systems with wireless connectivity, portable media players and compact television sets.
