Lecithocera caveiformis is a moth in the Lecithoceridae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1931. It is found in India (Bombay).[1]

The wingspan is about 19 mm. The forewings are dark fuscous, the bases of the scales pale ochreous and the discal stigmata forming suffused rounded dark fuscous spots, the plical and a spot beneath the second discal less distinctly indicated. The hindwings are grey.[2]
